MY GIFT TO YOU

WARNING!
Excess Abdominal Fat is Extremely Dangerous to Your Health!

Tired Of All the Crap Diets and Dangerous Training Methods? I Was Too!
So fellow Potbelly Sufferers, Here Is the Real Belly Fat Deal, Period:

JUST FOR OPENERS!I AM NOT  SELLING
ANYTHING! I'M PAYING SOMETHING FORWARD

Even if you have heard about this "METHOD", just try it now FOR REAL. No blabbing about it, just start doing it for yourself. Nothing is more demoralizing than reporting yet
another failed diet to your so called friends,so for once, don't be a masochist,
DON'T DO IT!

As you already know,

1. Using high intensity kinds of exercise
and resistance training and low intensity cardio exercise just doesn’t remove a
potbelly or so called visceral fat. Here are the results of my exhaustive research into, what, if anything existed on the planet, that reduces visceral-(BAD) belly fat and here are my findings, which is supported by several international legitimate weight-loss practitioners,Sudden, short, maximum intensity exercises like sprints, by bicycle, running,or, if physically impaired, equivalent exertion exercises called interval training as well as body weight training is the most effective at helping to improve your body's ability to handle glucose.

This increases insulin sensitivity, which is the most crucial step in removing visceral fat.

These types of maximum intensity exercises are also very effective at boosting your fat-burning hormones while at the same time, creating a hormonal environment conducive to burning off abdominal visceral fat.

 2. What makes it work?

The vital key is to first get your blood sugar stabilized to help restore insulin sensitivity through correct nutrition.

This means a drastic reduction of sugars and refined starches in your diet including fully eliminating all use of corn syrup!

focus your dieting efforts on healthy fats, like nuts, avocados, seeds, coconut fat, olive oil, grass-fed butter, free-range eggs, fatty fish and fish oils, etc), as well as increasing protein and fiber intake.

The standard diet recommended by government, contains an exceptionally high grain intake and is NOT conducive to controlling one’s blood sugar and does therefore not reduce visceral fat!

Removing grain-based foods entirely from your diet and getting more of your carbohydrates from high fiber fruits and vegetables, such as berries can help greatly in solving this problem. To Your Good Health!

Let TABATA help you, ENJOY
