"How To Live Up To 200 Years or Longer!"
Recipe For Long Life
Izumi, a sugar cane farmer, sure knew about fatburnoff having lived a simple life on a remote coral Island. When asked about his longevity, he ascribed it to living a simple life and never overeating .
On his 120th birthday he also credited his daily glass of schochu a local white rum with keeping him young. When his doctor advised him to stop drinking, he replied;"Without schochu there would be no pleasure in life. I would rather die than give up drinking".
Apart from his striking peace of mind, Izumi's longevity can probably be ascribed to two reasons: he worked physically hard all his life and continued taking exercise well into his old age, something westerners seldom keep up in later years, he started each day with a stroll and weeded his vegetable garden.
In addition to this, he always ate a typical Japanese diet, low in fats, with large quantities of fish, and in particular, mackerel which is a fish rich in omega 3 fatty acids and vegetables. He ate very little meat.Throughout his life it is notable, that he had suffered very few illnesses.
Off course there were other contenders since him, laying claim to the title of "oldest man in recent history", but his was the highest documented case to date.
However when looking back to the 1400's, Izumi's age pales by comparison as a certain Thomas Parr, born at Winning-ton, Shropshire in England in 1483 had lived to the RIPE old age of 152 years! An agricultural laborer, his typical diet would have consisted of: course bread, cheese, vegetables and ale.
He is reputed to have gotten married at long last, to his first wife, Jane Taylor at age 80 years and fathered Jane's son and also a daughter, who had unfortunately died in infancy.

Only 18 % of your body fat leaves your body via the known route, urine, anus, tear ducts and sweat glands, so what on earth happens to the other 84% Yes, I knew you were going to be stunned by this, I was too.
The problem is, it happens to be quite true scientifically, but I call it a problem, because it slays the conventional diets like the mythical dragon slayed by St George (common sense)
I was virtually wallowing around at one stage, then into the next new diet and the next and the next. Diets all work, I haven't suddenly gone nuts, but they work, you apply the rules, some are great and doable others are pure HELL, but yes they allow you to loose some K's others do it better, but this is my point, you feel miserable and are constantly craving good wholesome fatty foods.
No more beating around the bush, the scientists have always known what I am going to tell you about it's as sound and accurate as any well proven fact, so why don't we use this? well we would almost instantly cause a tidal wave of unemployment in the diet industry, it's huge my friends, perhaps even larger than you and I can imagine. By implication, the proven fact that cars can and do run on water (hydrogen)and have been doing so for at least 35 years, in the Philippines, (one guy even offered to convert his Presidents cars to prove a point, but no luck.) It's the same situation I am going to share with you right now, while I know full well that right off the bat, the majority of readers will not change, there's a song about:"Some people want to abuse you and others want to be abused by you." Noah and his ark... only 8 went for it
Those are the ones I am talking to right now, the tru-do-ers.
And here it is I am losing kilos every day now and I am eating anything I enjoy eating, but get this dear reader, I am happy, I am deeply and profoundly in love with life for the first time in my fast shrinking obese body, I feel more energetic than what I had felt in all of my 62 years, I HAVE NEVER FELT THIS GREAT BEFORE,and I L O V E I T!
Eat-Drink-Exercise- and- "BREATH"
That disappearing 84% of fat is exhaled breath!
I am not kidding you, it's exhaled through your mouth, definitely DON'T trust me, rather do your own research and call yourself a damn liar.
Remember one thing, your body doesn't know the difference between a pork chop and a chocnut sundae, all it sees is glucose. It stands to reason, that you need to balance the intake with the exercise, why the exercise? Well when you do this, you exhale more! It's a no brainer, I'm doing it, and I'm losing weight, and I'm telling you this for free.
I know you will do this, you're special, just like me, best of luck, and please don't say a word to anyone and please, please, don't weigh yourself either, let your old skinny clothes and close friends TELL YOU! What can you loose.
